Internships at NH Collection Grand Hansa

Supporting young professionals and working closely with educational institutions are important values to us. We actively collaborate with schools and universities and offer students the opportunity to learn and grow as part of our professional and international team.

At Grand Hansa, an internship is more than a requirement – it is a meaningful learning experience and often the first step in a hospitality career.

Internship opportunities are available in areas such as:

• restaurant and service roles
• administrative and office functions
• bakery and kitchen departments
• and various other hotel operations

We regularly welcome interns ranging from:

• short-term school placements
• to longer internships of several months from vocational or upper secodary schools (up to 5 months or more)

Summer Jobs 2026 – a vibrant international summer in Helsinki

A summer at NH Collection Grand Hansa offers a fast-paced, international and truly unique working environment in the heart of Helsinki. We are looking for summer employees to join our energetic hotel team in various roles.

Would you like to improve your English skills, work with travelers from around the world and be part of one of Helsinki’s most iconic hotel destinations?

Our summer positions:

• are published as separate job advertisements, job ads will be open 16.2-15.3.2026.
• are fixed-term and part-time
• may run from May to September, or for shorter periods depending on availability
• working hours range from approximately 10 to 30 hours per week

Requirements:

• applicants must be at least 18 years old or

• studying hospitality, tourism or restaurant services with relevant skills
